THE MERMAN OF GREENLAND

Upcoming in fall I will be presenting
THE MERMAN OF GREENLAND.
This exhibition will focus on the soapstone sculptures of Jonas Faber, originally from Greenland and now residing in British Columbia. Faber’s work is imbued with mystical and shamanic iconography depicting Inuit folklore in a personal and dramatic style. Over the past 25 years, Faber has been given several exhibitions at Images of the North. It is a great pleasure to welcome the artist back to San Francisco once again.
